Joey Berezdivin is a Director with Berkadia’s Mortgage Banking division, based in Miami, Florida. In this role, Mr. Berezdivin provides capital solutions for multifamily investors, owners, and developers throughout the United States. He structures and places debt across acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations, drawing on Berkadia’s agency, life company, CMBS, bank, and debt fund relationships.
Previously, Mr. Berezdivin was an Associate Director of Loan Originations at Lument, where he helped originate, underwrite, and close approximately $1 billion in transactions across agency, CMBS, and bridge products. He brings an underwriting foundation to his origination work, having led the analyst team responsible for structuring and quoting the pipeline of one of Lument’s top-producing origination groups in New York before transitioning into originations full time in 2023.
Mr. Berezdivin earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Jewish National Fund and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
