John Hansen is a Director for Berkadia’s Investment Sales platform and is based out of San Francisco, CA. He specializes in underwriting, valuation, and transaction services for existing assets and development sites throughout Northern California. John has directly contributed to over $1.6 billion of institutional and middle market multifamily real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, John worked at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in multifamily investment sales. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he was an acquisitions analyst where he sourced, underwrote, and raised equity for investment in multifamily, retail, and industrial assets throughout the Bay Area.
John is actively involved with various real estate organizations including ULI, NAIOP, and Belden Club, and he enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, and the outdoors.
