John Sigeti serves as a Managing Director and is primarily focused on clients located in the Northeast, with concentrations in Buffalo, NY, Hudson Valley, NY, Hartford CT and Milwaukee. John has financed well over $800 million in multifamily refinance and construction loans. His production is 50% HUD, 30% Fannie Mae, 10% Freddie Mac and 10% Banks. While his focus is concentrated on multifamily properties, Sigeti advises sponsors on all commercial property types, including office, industrial, retail, self-storage and hotels.
Prior to entering the commercial brokerage industry 10 years ago, John worked in commercial real estate for 25 years covering the same markets mentioned above. The bulk of this time was as a multifamily construction balance sheet commercial lender for M&T Bank.
