Justin Cole is a Managing Director of Investment Sales in Berkadia’s Austin, TX office. Justin joined Berkadia in 2017 and is responsible for business development, client relationships, and transaction management in Central Texas and Texas Secondary markets. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been involved in more than $3.5 billion of real estate transactions for both institutional and private parties.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Justin held various positions with Stream Realty, JLL, Morgan Stanley, and Greystar, among others.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their three children, Mary-Katherine, Hudson, and Mills Mae.
