Katie Higgins is a Director of Investor Relations with Berkadia Affordable Housing.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2026, Katie served as a Senior Production Associate on the Investor Services team at PNC Multifamily Capital, where she supported the closing of multi-investor LIHTC funds. Earlier in her career, she was an Investment Valuation Associate at Boston Financial, conducting internal market studies and feasibility analyses of LIHTC communities.
Katie graduated from Gettysburg College with a bachelor’s degree in Organization and Management Studies.
