Kevin Gleason is a Senior Managing Director with Berkadia Boston Investment Sales. Mr. Gleason advises multifamily owners and investors on investment sales and capitalizations across the New England region. He leverages Berkadia’s investment sales and mortgage banking platforms to provide strategic capital markets advice and transaction execution.
Mr. Gleason joined Berkadia from Walker & Dunlop’s Boston investment sales platform. Earlier, he spent five years as a Vice President within JLL’s Capital Markets Group. He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in more than $15 billion in multifamily property sales.
Mr. Gleason earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, with a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership, from Tufts University, where he served as captain of the football team.
