Luke Safranek is a Mortgage Banker helping structure Agency, HUD, CBMS, and Life Company loans for all property types including multi-family, condos, office, retail, industrial, hotels, senior housing and mobile home communities.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Luke graduated from the University of Dallas in 2012 with a philosophy degree and then worked for a mortgage banking firm in Detroit called Bernard Financial for 2 years.
Outside of work, Luke likes to flip houses and invest in commercial real estate.
