Maggie McFarland is a Director with Berkadia Boston Investment Sales. In her role, Ms. McFarland is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales and capitalizations across the New England region. She works closely with Berkadia’s investment sales and mortgage banking platforms to provide capital markets advisory and transaction execution services to multifamily owners and investors.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ms. McFarland was a Director of Investment Sales with Walker & Dunlop in Boston, where she focused on multifamily investment sales throughout New England. Previously, Ms. McFarland held roles of increasing responsibility, including Investment Sales Associate, Senior Analyst and Associate Director. Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than $10 billion in property sales and capitalizations.
Ms. McFarland earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts and is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Boston, the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
