Mark Boyce is a Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales out of the Greenville, SC office. Since joining Berkadia in 2014, Mark has successfully transacted over $2.5 billion in multifamily transactions throughout the Southeast. Boyce consistently makes both CoStar Power Broker (2012 – 2021, 2023, 2024) and the Berkadia CEO Circle (2016, 2018, 2020).
Before joining Berkadia, Boyce was a Director at Marcus & Millichap after receiving his graduate degree from the College of Charleston.
