Mark is a director in the Houston office focusing on equity, debt and structured products.  With over 20 years of investing and structuring experience, Mark is well suited to work with sponsors on the optimal capital structure as well as the most cost efficient capital source.

Mark has a unique background as he founded and managed a Hedge Fund for 15 years and started his career as a private equity analyst.  Having been a capital provider for the majority of his career, he is well versed in the key attributes that capital providers look for in successful investments.
