Matt Robertson serves as Associate Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Raleigh, NC office and oversees deal execution for the Berkadia Carolinas. Matt supports client needs in every stage of ownership including but not limited to acquisitions, property value analysis, strategic ownership decision making, and disposition brokerage. Since joining Berkadia in 2023, Matt has been involved in over $500 million in multifamily transactions.
Before joining Berkadia in 2023, Matt led underwriting and financial analysis efforts at Newmark’s Carolinas office while focusing on Class A new construction properties in the Raleigh-Durham market.
