With more than 15 years of industry experience and in-depth market knowledge under his belt, Mike Aylmer, a Director with Berkadia’s Philadelphia Mortgage Banking platform, is a highly respected specialist in debt and equity origination for multifamily and commercial real estate in all stages of development, including ground-up, redevelopment, pre-stabilized, and stabilized. During his tenure at Berkadia, Mike originated commercial mortgages and equity for all asset types, financing thousands of apartment units and more than 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. To date, he has collaborated on transactions valued at over $4 billion.
Mike resides in Greater Philadelphia with his wife and three sons. An avid runner, Mike has completed two marathons and multiple half marathons. Mike earned his undergraduate degree at St. Joseph’s University and his MBA in Finance at La Salle University, both in the city of Philadelphia.
