Michael Manolides is a Senior Director of Mortgage Banking at Berkadia based in Bellevue, WA. Michael has been in the commercial real estate industry specializing in the financing of multifamily properties since 2017 where he worked at CBRE. Over that time, he has become an expert in agency lending – both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. He also has deep knowledge and transaction history with banks, credit unions, bridge loans, and HUD. Michael’s expertise in the Pacific Northwest has led to over 400 closed multifamily transactions totaling over $1 billion.
Mr. Manolides holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington.
