Robert Doxsee is a Managing Director with Berkadia Bellevue, WA Mortgage Banking. In this role, Mr. Doxsee is responsible for providing debt and equity solutions to commercial real estate owners and developers in the Rocky Mountains and the Pacific Northwest. He specializes in multifamily debt financing with a focus on mid-market and small balance agency transactions. Since joining Berkadia in 2020, he has averaged over 50 closings a year.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2020, Mr. Doxsee served as an Executive Vice President at CBRE for 7 years, where he consistently ranked as a top producer. Prior to CBRE, he spent 13 years at GE Capital financing commercial real estate.
Mr. Doxsee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
