Spencer began his career in 2015 at Marcus & Millichap with Nat Gambuzza before moving to CBRE in 2016. Spencer’s primary focus is multifamily acquisitions and dispositions in Bergen and Passaic Counties in New Jersey as well as Orange and Rockland County in New York. Spencer and The Gambuzza Team from CBRE posted a banner 2021 with over $550,000,000 in sales over 46 transactions.
