Steven Chattin has been in the commercial real estate industry specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in metro Seattle since 2006. Steven joined Berkadia in 2020, and currently serves as a Managing Director. With extensive experience selling apartments in the Pacific Northwest, he is considered an expert in the operation, disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties. Steven’s comprehensive market knowledge and established track record have resulted in the completion of over 250 transactions totaling in excess of $1.2 billion dollars in investment sales during his career.
