Tom Bruce is a Director with Berkadia Cleveland Mortgage Banking, where he specializes in originating FHA business across the United States. Mr. Bruce has extensive experience in both Market Rate and Affordable Housing, including transactions involving LIHTCs, Public Housing RAD conversions, Non-Profit RAD transactions, New Construction, and Substantial Rehabilitation. Throughout his career, he has successfully originated transactions ranging from 44 units to over 1,000 units.
Before joining Berkadia, Mr. Bruce gained valuable experience originating loans at Love Funding Corporation and PGIM Real Estate. He began his real estate career as a FHA underwriter.
Mr. Bruce holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University and a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and is active in the Michigan Housing Council and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section.
