Tom Genetti, a Senior Managing Director in Berkadia’s Indianapolis, IN office, joined Berkadia in July 2018 to focus on debt and equity solutions for multifamily properties. He is committed to serving as a trusted advisor for his clients as he partners with a nationwide network of commercial real estate experts across the United States and countless capital partners.
Mr. Genetti brings 35 years of finance experience to Berkadia, which includes 25 years in CRE bank lending. Most recently, Mr. Genetti worked 10 years for an international banking group where he advised clients about conventional financing options for their multifamily properties across the US.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University and has a CCIM Designation.
