First Financing: Over $995 million for Columbia Pacific Advisors’ (CPA) acquisition of Hawthorn Retirement’s properties.
Second Financing: $35 million bridge loan financing for a repeat Berkadia client.

Project Price: Used Berkadia’s Propietary Bridge Loan Program to finance 100% of purchase price plus transaction costs. Loan will be refinanced by Berkadia through HUD’s 232/223(f) program.
