Bianca Andujo has served as a Senior Director for Berkadia’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare platform in Dallas, Texas since September 2018  and is currently responsible for growing HUD healthcare loans. Prior to Berkadia, Mrs. Andujo served as Senior Vice President and Healthcare Banking team lead for Bank of Texas in Dallas for 12 years.  Before joining Bank of Texas, she served as Vice President for Bank One in Dallas in the Commercial and Industrial Space.

Bianca earned a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University and attended the London School of Economics as part of her bachelor’s degree. While serving as a board member of the Vickery Meadows Youth Development Foundation and volunteering, Bianca also completed Leadership Dallas in 2011. Bianca and her family reside in Dallas, Texas. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, traveling, and reading.
