Rick came to Berkadia in 2003 with 25 years of multifamily experience, several of those with Hendricks & Partners prior to the merger, and a wealth of accomplishment that is nothing short of phenomenal. In 1993, Rick founded his own highly successful brokerage firm, Resource Associates, specializing in the sale of multifamily assets throughout the state of Michigan. Later, as a member of the Dietz Organization, Rick developed and expanded the firm’s brokerage activity in the Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky markets with spectacular success.
Over the span of his 40-year career, Rick has directed closings in virtually every type of commercial real estate transaction, including Real Estate Owned, 1031 tax-free exchange, UPREIT, joint venture, affordable housing and pre-sale development.
