Alec Fox joined Berkadia’s Orlando, FL office in 2019 and holds the title of Director. Over his career, he has facilitated in excess of $1 billion of senior debt, structured capital, and joint venture equity transactions across virtually every asset class including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, student housing, hospitality, self-storage and medical office properties. He has a demonstrated knowledge of all real estate transaction types and is primarily responsible for financial analysis and the preparation of marketing materials for debt & equity placements.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Alec was an analyst in the Orlando office of HFF, LP (now JLL).
Alec is a graduate of the University of Florida, obtaining a B.S. in Finance and a M.S. in Real Estate, a program that has been ranked number 1 among public Universities.
