Adam Erickson is a Director in Berkadia’s Atlanta, GA office. His main responsibilities include originating loans for owners/operators using different mortgage products, working with mortgage bankers, and building his own client base. He also collaborates with investment advisors to facilitate transactions and establish new client relationships.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2017, Mr. Erickson worked for over two years with the southeast multifamily production team at Freddie Mac. During his time there, he was part of a three-person team that completed 160 loans totaling over $2.8 billion.
Mr. Erickson holds two bachelor’s degrees in real estate and management from the University of Georgia, where he also played football on a scholarship and lettered from 2012-2014. He later earned his MBA from the University of Georgia’s Buckhead campus while working full-time at Berkadia.
