Anna Burns is an Associate Director with Berkadia Chicago Mortgage Banking. Anna joined Berkadia in 2020 and has facilitated numerous debt transactions including agency, life company, bridge, bank, and CMBS financings, representing over $4 billion in volume. Anna works primarily on multifamily transactions but has also closed retail and office loans.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Anna was a litigation services consultant at a CPA firm, where she worked on financial and accounting related disputes in various industries, including real estate, and earned her CPA designation.
