Aron Procuniar is an Associate Director in the San Clemente office specializing in debt placement for multifamily/MHC assets nationwide. Aron’s extensive knowledge of Agency, Life Company and CMBS lending programs sets him apart as a true debt expert while his close lender relationships make him a valuable advocate for borrowers.
Prior to starting his current role with Berkadia, Aron successfully managed and closed 90 Multifamily/MHC transactions, totaling over $800 million in proceeds.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Economics from Brigham Young University. Outside of his professional pursuits, Aron is an avid outdoorsman and an Eagle Scout. He is passionate about his hobbies (surfing, mountain biking, dirt biking, ice hockey, etc.) and he greatly enjoys spending his time beachside with his wife and two young girls.
