Bryan Brown is a Director in the mortgage banking division of Berkadia. Bryan has been involved in commercial real estate finance for the last 5 years. He provides financing solutions across all asset classes through a range of capital providers, including Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae, Life Insurance Companies, Commercial Banks, CMBS, and Debt Funds. Prior to joining Berkadia, Bryan worked for Landeavor, focusing on acquisition and development opportunities for large-scale, master-planned communities across the Southeast U.S. and Texas.
