Chris McCook serves as the AVP – Originations in Berkadia’s Scottsdale, AZ office. He has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in a variety of professional capacities.
Early in his career, Mr. McCook was a commercial real estate appraiser and earned his MAI designation in 2016. He is recognized for his strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of commercial property valuations, particularly in the multifamily sector. After his time as an appraiser, Mr. McCook worked for Northmarq, where he focused on sizing and executing debt and equity transactions. His primary expertise is in executing GSE and HUD/FHA financing, leveraging his knowledge of these programs to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of his clients. His strong work ethic and client-focused approach makes him a valuable asset to Berkadia.
Mr. McCook holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Accountancy from Arizona State University and an MBA from Florida State University.
