Chris Ellis is a Senior Managing Director of Mortgage Banking and lead of Berkadia’s office based in Denver, CO. With over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and loan origination, he is experienced in all asset types with a concentration in multifamily.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Chris worked for Column Financial/Credit Suisse as a Senior Real Estate Analyst. Prior to Credit Suisse, Chris obtained his MBA after working as an electrical  engineer for 3 years. In his career, Chris has originated in excess of $6.32 billion in transactions. Chris excels in achieving highly competitive, tailored debt solutions for his  clients.

Mr. Ellis received his MBA from the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of  Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
