Kevin Batt is a Managing Director with 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and loan origination, including seven at Berkadia and its predecessor companies.

Prior to rejoining Berkadia in the Fall of 2016, Kevin was with JP Morgan Chase Bank where he originated over $465 million in multifamily loans. Preceding JPMC, he worked as an underwriting analyst at CBRE in the FHA/HUD division on the firm’s Debt & Equity platform and closed over $470 million of HUD-insured multifamily, senior/age-restricted, healthcare and manufactured housing community loans. In his career, Kevin has originated in excess of $4.25 billion in transactions.

Mr. Batt has spent a significant portion of his career in multifamily debt origination, although his career has entailed significant involvement with office, retail and industrial properties in various roles associated with origination, investment sales, development and leasing. Kevin holds a BS from the University of Colorado – Boulder.
