Corby Chaffin is a Managing Director in the Mortgage Banking platform of Berkadia’s Houston, TX office with responsibilities in loan origination and equity placement. Since joining Berkadia in 2015, Corby has successfully capitalized $9.7 billion in transaction volume across more than 475 deals, contributing to the Houston office’s most productive years to date.
Corby has over 20 years of experience structuring commercial and multifamily transactions throughout the capital stack. He has extensive experience in arranging debt and joint venture opportunities with a broad range of capital sources throughout the United States. Corby has been recognized as a member of Berkadia’s CEO Circle; an honor presented to the firm’s top 10 production professionals annually.
