Greg joined Berkadia in 2021 and is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking in the Boston office specializing in multifamily debt financing, with a focus on affordable and FHA/HUD transactions.
Prior to Berkadia, he worked in Asset Management for WinnCompanies where his main responsibility was refinancing their portfolio. Greg also has experience working in production on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing and in Acquisitions at a LIHTC syndicator.
Greg currently resides in Quincy with his wife, son, and two dogs and enjoys fishing in his spare time.
