James Elmore is a Vice President – Originations at Berkadia based in Florida. James has been involved with commercial real estate finance for over 10 years, during which time he has been involved in over $2 billion of transactions nationwide. He has extensive experience across all asset classes in structuring debt through a broad range of capital providers including Commercial Banks, Agency Lenders, CMBS, Debt Funds, and Life Insurance Companies.
