Jeremy Kanter is an Associate Director in Berkadia’s Los Angeles, CA office specializing in originating multifamily debt. Since joining Berkadia in 2018, Jeremy has underwritten and analyzed over $2 billion of debt transactions across a wide variety of asset classes and for various lending sources, such as the GSE’s, Life Company’s, CMBS, and Debt Funds.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Jeremy graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, majoring in Real Estate Finance and Business Administration.
