Before joining Berkadia, he honed his skills at Wells Fargo, guiding potential homeowners through the complexities of the home buying process. In mid-2021, Joel transitioned to a software startup, where he specialized in HUD mortgages, further expanding his expertise. A proud graduate of Iowa State University, Joel earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a focus on real estate in 2020. Outside of his professional endeavors, Joel enjoys playing intramural sports, cheering on his alma mater, and exploring new destinations through travel.
