Joseph DeGiorgi is a Managing Director with Berkadia Philadelphia Mortgage Banking. Mr. DeGiorgi has been with Berkadia since 2012 and has been involved more than $1 billion in FHA Insured loans with property types financed including multifamily, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
Mr. DeGiorgi began his career in commercial real estate finance with Column Financial/Credit Suisse, and later Column Guaranteed/Credit Suisse, which merged with Walker & Dunlop in February 2009.
Mr. DeGiorgi holds a B.S.B.A. degree from Duquesne University. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Urban Land Institute.
