Joe is a Vice President of Originations in the Scottsdale Mortgage Banking office responsible for arranging debt and equity transactions on all commercial real estate product types.
Joe’s previous career in commercial real estate brokerage and 10 years’ experience in mortgage banking allows him to deliver exceptional results to his clients. During his career, Joe has effectuated more than $2.5 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions through sources including life companies, agencies, CMBS, and banks.
Joe is a Phoenix native and lives in Phoenix with his wife, daughter, and son. Joe is a graduate of Arizona State University where he majored in Aerospace Engineering.
