Keith Rosso is a Managing Director in Berkadia’s Los Angeles, CA office. He joined Berkadia in 2021 and is responsible for originating debt and structure finance transactions nationally across all property types. During his career, Keith has closed over 250 transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion in volume.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Rosso was a Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets. He previously spent time on the loan origination teams of Argentic Investment Management and Société Générale. Mr. Rosso started his career at AllianceBernstein in New York as an Associate on the Commercial Real Estate Credit Research team and focused on evaluating investment opportunities in the commercial-mortgage-backed securities sector.
Mr. Rosso holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
