Kevin Owens is an Associate Director specializing in Debt Advisory and Structured Finance services. With a focus on multifamily, storage, retail, office, and industrial asset types, Kevin provides capital market solutions for construction, acquisitions, refinances, and supplemental financing.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Kevin worked in Multifamily Loan Production and Underwriting at Freddie Mac, gaining valuable insight into deal structure and underwriting methodologies having underwritten over $1 billion in deal volume. He began his career with Morgan Stanley in Listed Derivatives and later worked on the buy-side of trading and analysis for the Howard Hughes Medical Institute endowment, focusing on fixed-income, where he further enhanced his modeling skills and proficiency in finance. Kevin has deep experience in Agency, Life Company, CMBS, and Bridge debt placement and places focus on the holistic view of deal need and competitive execution.
