Laura Cathlina is a Senior Managing Director of Institutional Solutions with Berkadia Chicago Mortgage Banking. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and loan origination, she is experienced in all asset types with a concentration in multifamily. Over the course of her career, Laura has originated more than 1,000 transactions representing over $12 billion in debt.
Laura takes a thoughtful approach with her clients, taking the time to understand their long and short-term goals, providing actionable insights and solutions to meet their needs. She works with clients across the country, both large and small, helping them to grow their portfolios and develop deep relationships with non-recourse permanent debt sources.
Laura received her MBA from the University of Chicago and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. She is an avid skier and has been known to participate in triathlons from time to time.
