Mary-Catherine Frazier is an Associate within the Berkadia Joint Venture and Structured Capital Group. Since joining Berkadia in 2022, Mary-Catherine has specialized in sourcing institutional equity from a broad range of domestic and foreign capital relationships. Over the course of her career, she has completed over $4.0 billion in total transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mrs. Frazier was an Associate at Piper Sandler where she was a member of the Hospitality Investment Banking group.
Mrs. Frazier holds a B.A. from Scripps College. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute and is also a co-founder of Berkadia’s Rising Women in Production Group.
