Michael Slovitt is a Managing Director in Berkadia’s Chicago, IL office. Mr. Slovitt has capitalized over 283 transactions representing over $7.7 billion of commercial real estate in his career across 27 states and with more than 60 distinct capital sources. He is responsible for providing capital solutions to commercial real estate developers, owners and buyers, with an emphasis of expertise in the multifamily, retail, mixed use, new construction, and transitional assets. Mr. Slovitt focuses on understanding the client’s needs, certainty of execution, and obtaining the best terms and structure available in the market. He has helped clients across the country grow their portfolios and develop deep relationships with a variety of capital sources.
Mr. Slovitt is a 2010 graduate from the University of Michigan. He was a four-year letterman on the golf team. He is a proud dad of three girls and resides in Winnetka, Illinois.
