Mike Koller is an Associate Director for Berkadia’s Philadelphia Mortgage Banking platform. Mike joined Berkadia in 2020 and is primarily responsible for the origination and placement of both debt and structured finance transactions for all property types throughout the U.S. Throughout his career, Mike has utilized his prior lending experience to provide creative financing structures and capital placements for his clients. Since joining the company, Mike has been involved in over $2.5 billion of debt and equity placements.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mike worked on the northeast multifamily production team at Freddie Mac in New York, NY.
Mike is a graduate of Yale University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics and was a member of the track & field team.
