Paul Shen serves as the Vice President, Investment Sales in the Berkadia Irvine, CA office managing and coordinating brokerage operations for Southern California.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Paul Shen was a Director in the Orange County office for Moran & Company, primarily covering the Southern California markets. His responsibilities included overseeing operations, asset valuations, and marketing for assignments for the Southern California team. Prior to Moran & Company, Paul was an associate with Pacific Property Company and a director with Fifth Street Realty Partners where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting multifamily acquisitions in Southern California.
Before starting his real estate career, Paul was an attorney with the international law firms of Latham and Watkins LLP and Bryan Cave LLP, practicing corporate securities law and mergers and acquisitions out of Orange County.
