Phil Noto is an Associate Director with Berkadia Boston Mortgage Banking. In this role, he is primarily responsible for both conventional and GSE debt originations of all commercial real estate product types.
Phil joined Berkadia in 2021 after having a 20-year career in commercial banking in the Boston/North Shore area. During his tenor as a commercial banker, he focused on all types of loan origination including retail/office, multifamily investment, and construction financing.
