Rafael Nobo is a Managing Director of Mortgage Banking at Berkadia Boca Raton, specializing in Seniors Housing & Healthcare. Mr. Nobo is dedicated to providing debt solutions for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA and other alternative sources.
Mr. Nobo started his banking career in 2006 at Capmark Finance within their investment banking associate program. Prior to joining Berkadia, Rafael practiced law focusing on complex commercial and civil litigation for a Florida law firm.
Mr. Nobo graduated from the University of Florida in 2001 and received his law degree from Florida State University in 2004, where he served as attorney general for the student body.
