Rob Hagerty has over three decades of experience in commercial banking and currently serving as a Vice President – Originations for Berkadia’s Mortgage Banking platform. He has been a part of the Manufactured Housing finance team based in San Clemente for five years.
Rob started in the industry as an analyst and quickly moved into production. He has an extensive background financing various types of commercial real estate for life insurance companies, banks, private lenders, and agencies.
Rob is a native Californian and received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Southern California. He has been married for 30 years and has two adult children.
