TJ Piper joined Berkadia in 2014 and serves as Director in Philadelphia’s Mortgage Banking office.
TJ has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including roles in lending, equity placement and multifamily acquisitions. TJ possesses the right balance of in-depth market knowledge, persistence, and attention to detail to produce consistently superior results for his clients year after year. To date, TJ has collaborated on transactions of more than $6 billion in debt, $180 million of equity placement and $350 million of multifamily acquisitions.
TJ is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Finance.
