Emily Pope is an Associate Director for Berkadia Affordable Housing Mortgage Banking.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Emily served as Senior Underwriter at Walker & Dunlop where she was directly involved in the underwriting and closing of more than $1 billion in affordable housing debt financing.
Emily has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Outside of work, Mrs. Pope is a member of CREW Boston and The Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), a division of the Great Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB).
