Cameron Hart is a Managing Director in the Austin, TX office with over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity transactions throughout the southern United States and Texas. He joined Berkadia in October 2012.
Prior to joining Berkadia, he worked at Falcon Southwest concentrating on asset management and acquisitions of multi-family, office, and industrial properties.
