Mr. Bedwell serves as a Managing Director in the Dallas, Texas office for FHA/HUD. Chad has more than 25 years of multifamily/healthcare experience in capacities such as loan origination, financial analysis and due diligence.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Bedwell owned and operated a HUD Third Party Consulting firm, MB Consulting Group, LLC that focused on environmental, property condition assessments and general consulting for HUD MAP and LEAN transactions.
Mr. Bedwell obtained a BS in Bioenvironmental Science with continued emphasis in Construction Sciences from Texas A&M University. Chad resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with his family and is active in various local and national affordable and market rate apartment associations and finance organizations.
